Town of
November 9, 2009
PRESENT:
- The meeting was called to
order at 7:00 pm. Roll call was taken. Denruiter
moved to approve the minutes of the October 12, 2009 meeting. Gauger seconded,
motion passed. Denruiter moved to approve the minutes of the October 14, 2009
and September 14, 2009 meeting. Gauger seconded, motion passed.
Rand Schott - brought in the
legal description for his property. Gauger motioned to approve the building
permit for Rand Schott. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
Brent Duhr
- The County has to say where the driveway is going because it is there road.
Denruiter motioned to approve the rezone, driveway permit, and a building
permit. Gauger seconded, motion passed. The $1750.00 was paid.
Jerome Glowacki
- Gauger motioned to rezone to AR1 and a land division of 5 acres on
Tom Dechant - Gauger motioned to approve the
driveway permit. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. The fee was paid.
Rick
Peterson - building permit on Hwy 14 on 6.53 acres on commercial property. Will the new house be associated with a business and
the old house still? Does this fit the Towns plan? What is the zoning with the
current house? Lucey motioned to deny the request or the building permit.
Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
Robert Keene - Gauger
motioned to approve the driveway and building permit on 2.87 acres on Erdman
and Hwy H. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. The $1500 fee was paid.
Gauger motioned to refund the $250 rezoning fee for Bob Murphy. Denruiter
seconded, motion passed.
Pine Road ditch discussion -
call from Dave Perkins and he had been talking to the DNR and he was going to
have to go through them if he wanted to extend his application to the ditch.
The ditch is not a FEMA ditch. It is emergency storm water run off ditch. The
ditch is under the enforcement of the DNR. Perkins has made an application with
the DNR. The DNR will not talk with anyone except the applicant said
Ingmar Nelson - what does
the board want from him so he can get some answers on rezoning his land? How
much does a special meeting cost $420.
Town Patrolmen discussion -
We have another semi load of salt coming.
Gauger motioned to approve
the bills presented. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
The Town received a letter
from a guy who is concerned about the State UDC and the fees for inspecting septic
and new houses. He wants to know if the Town is in favor of the State inspector
or a private inspector.
Rod Anding
- concerned about the board not passing Rick Petersons building permit.
Denruiter motioned to
adjourn. Gauger seconded, motion passed.
