ARENA PLAN COMMISSION & TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

Meeting was called to order.

John Wright was nominated as chair for the special meeting. Motion passed.

Wess White - 7172 Hayward Crossing, building and driveway permit on .7 acres. The lot has been there since 1970. Zoning is single family residential. Will start building right away. Anding motioned to approve the building permit and driveway permit. Schutte seconded, motion passed. The special meeting fee, driveway fee, and building fee were paid, $2000.00.

Schutte motioned to adjourn. Anding seconded, motion passed.
