PRESENT: Dave Lucey,
- The meeting was called to
order at 7:01 pm. Roll call was taken,
Bill Gauger was not present.
- Denruiter motioned to
approve the minutes from the March 8, 2010. Lucey seconded, motion passed.
- Andy Olson & Kathleen Dinovella - Side yard setback is 25 feet or the height of
the building, which ever is greater. 2232 sq. ft. Denruiter motioned to approve
the building permit. Lucey seconded, motion passed. $1000 fee paid.

Yapp - was not present at the meeting and we do not have his application or fee

Trading Post - transfer of alcohol license from Stephen Pappas to Randal E
Smith. Denruiter motioned to approve the transfer of the liquor license from
Stephen Pappas to Randal E Smith effective 3/25/10. Lucey seconded, motion
passed.
- Ingmar Nelson - Lucey made
sure he knew everything had to be done next month.
- Dick Lockman
- County wants to rent space at the Town Hall if we will make space for them.
They would go $500 - 600 to rent space for a truck. Lucey wanted a solid
commitment for six years. Quote from Meigs for adding
another bay, $35566. Denruiter doesn't think you can rent commercial space for
that little. If the County is interested do we want to pursue this? We need to
check into more info. Dick doesn't like the idea of them using the loader if
they want to. Probably buy 150 ton of salt. Discussion on
roadwork for this year. 3 bad culvert's, Pinnacle,
by Eddie Norlands, Amacher.
Erdman 1 ½ miles, Knight Hollow 8/10 mile. Does Dick
need any help means David is gone? He said no. Need to
order culverts from Madison Culvert.
Bids for
2010 roadwork - $5.86/ton for gravel and breaker.
- Westbrook Associated Engineers - bridge inspection quote $1190. Denruiter
motioned not to accept the bid for 13 bridge inspections. Lucey seconded,
motion passed.
- Clean sweep will be May 22,
2010 from 8am - Noon.
- Bill Gauger - conditional
use permit and rezone. Denruiter motioned to approve conditional use for horse
trails and a riding stable business and rezone 27.93 acres from AR1 to RB1.
This is the only conditional use on the lot, any
pre-existing conditional uses are void. There will only be a maximum of 35
horses. Lucey seconded, motion passed.
- Bob Murphy wants to stay
on the Planning & Zoning Committee. Lucey motioned to approve Bob Murphy
for another term.
- The board reviewed the
bills for March and April. Denruiter motioned to approve the bills for through
April 12, 2010. Lucey seconded, motion passed.
