with the Town Patrolmen. Lockman said to put oil on the roads we are doing right
now. They have been mowing the roadsides. We had to put a 4-wheel drive sensor
in the tractor. Denruiter motioned to pay Tim Meudt
$50 for clean sweep help. Gauger seconded, motion passed.
Ingmar Nelson - a deed

direction and doesn't want to do it. Can he make the cabins smaller? Denruiter
thinks we are moving too fast and is not comfortable with it. Lucey's major concern is do we want to rezone to AR1 or
RB1? Gauger has a problem with the size of the cabin plan. Lucey is concerned
about the deed restriction standing up in court. Zoning and Planning has
approved it twice. Gauger motioned to approve the rezoning of 6.512 acres from
A1 to RB1 with the following conditions: the A frame can only be rented out for
a max of 3 months at a time, both driveways have to be brought up to Town
standards, there must be a deed restriction on the 6.512 acres, no other new
construction can be put on the land until it is brought before the board. If
the cabins are not started being constructed within 12 months of approval from
