- Meeting was called to order. Anding motioned to approve the minutes from the June 7, 2010 meeting. Schutte seconded, motion passed.

- Ingmar Nelson - driveway permit from the end of Wittwer to 6610 Helena Rd. (the main house). Going to need a 50 foot easement. Single user, residential driveway. Schutte motioned to approve a driveway permit contingent on the 50 foot easement is okay with the County. Anding seconded, motion passed. $500 was paid.

- Jim Corcoran - driveway permit on Fitts Road. It will split off of Jim's existing driveway and go east of the existing house.  Anding motioned to approve the driveway permit. Murphy seconded, motion passed. $500 was paid.

- Eve & Vern Halverson - building permit on Coon Rock Road. The driveway will extend off of the existing driveway. Anding motioned to approve the building & driveway permit. Schutte seconded, motion passed.

- Lucey asked Vern Halverson about septic holding tanks. The Town doesn't want to be responsible where the new septics are going in along the river for the cabins. We will type up a release form for the land owners to sign.

- Friends of the lower Black Earth Creek, Dan Deenen & Bob Brumley. Want to improve access for Blynn Road. 80% public land from Blynn Road Bridge to the river. They have been going through and cutting blockages. They have been talking with the DNR to improve the land section of the river. A lot of this has to do with flood mitigation. They want to clean out the creek so the public has more access to the land. It has helped a lot for the economics of Cross Plains. The State has recreational use statues protecting the private land owners. They would like to have an access point by Blynn Road bridge. They are doing a fundraiser to help raise some money.

- Vince Pope - bought land on Mellum and needs to fix his driveway. What can he do? He thinks he could get the grade in half, but not down to 10%. See what he can come up with and the Town will be open minded. Bought the land in 2003. There is a 3 acre lot that he bought as well. Does he have a building site? If it was an existing parcel prior to 1985. If he wants a building permit for his father's farm what does he do? Go to the County. He has a 10ft. bridge that would need to be updated to 16ft.

- Anding motioned to adjourn. Schutte seconded, motion passed.
