- Meeting was called to order. Anding motioned to approve the minutes from the August 2, 2010 meeting.  Wright seconded, motion passed.

 

- Vince & Nancy Pope - Parcel sold in 1981 then in 1988 then Vince Pope bought it in 2003. Wanted to know about the grandfather clause about it being a separate parcel for a building site. Yes it is because it was a separate parcel prior to 1985. A 3.3 acre parcel.

 

- Joyce Harrington was not at the meeting so changing the name of Sawle Road was not discussed

 

- Jodi Kivlin put a recreational cabin (300sq. ft.) on rental property without any permits. Meeting with County on Oct. 20th. She has to update a driveway and the cabin could not be used as a residence any longer. She is building a stable for her goats. Didn't know all of the rules and thought if it was 300ft from the house she could put up a shed. She is now trying to get the project done before winter. She spoke with the County and got a list of options. It seems conditional use is the best way to go. Conditional use to use it as a residence. 24x24 ft. cabin. No running water. She will be there as much as possible. The cabin will have a residence and the other home (garage) will not be a residence anymore. 240 acre parcel. The garage will have to be converted back to a non-residence. There is plumbing and running water in the garage. The recreational cabin is going to be used as an Ag building for her goats. Then she needs a conditional use permit for a building being outside of the cluster. Schutte motioned to approve a conditional use permit for a stable outside of the established cluster of buildings. She will keep her permanent residence. Anding seconded, motion passed.

 

- Anding motioned to adjourn. Schutte seconded, motion passed.
