PRESENT: Dave Lucey, Terry Denruiter, Bill Gauger, KayDee Maxwell, Minnie Gauger, Mary Lockman, Dick Lockman, David Meudt, Bob Murphy, Ingmar Nelson, Eric Drachenberg, Tom Auger

- The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. Roll call was taken, all members are present.

- The bids for the salt shed roof were opened. Richter Construction bid of $6500. Spurley construction bid of $6717. Denruiter motioned to approve the bid from Spurley for 6717.00 for the roof. Gauger seconded, motion passed.

- Resolution for the Sauk County Radio Tower. Eric Drachenberg - financial commitment for narrow band, 25% match locally, 75% from grant funding. Have two years to do this. $15,000-$20,000. Doesn't see why we wouldn't get the grant. Jan 1, 2013 Federal Requirement to narrow band all radios. Fire Truck, have two bids. One bid discount by prepaying. Drachenberg feels you should take out a performance bond if we do prepay. It would save us about $9000. $325000 or $314000 for a new truck. Lucey was quoted 3.48% interest. Lucey, Gauger and Denruiter would like to see us prepay the truck and try to get the price down to $300,000. We will prepay before Dec. 1, 2010.

- Jodi Kivlin - Ag building for goats and she won't occupy it. We need to go to the County with a yes or no. Gauger motioned to table the motion means we don't have anything from the landowner. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. The cabin has a wood stove in it, there is a chimney.

- Bob Murphy - Amacher Hollow money is all in. TRIP Project applications are in July/Aug. 2011 get approved for 2012 year. 50/50 bridge aid. Engineering costs for River Road Bridge. Bob has 10 hours of work put in. Gauger motioned to pay Bob $300 for the year plus mileage. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.

- Patrolmen discussion about mowing

- Denruiter motioned to approve the minutes from the September 13, 2010 meeting. Gauger seconded, motion passed.

- Denruiter motioned to approve the minutes from the September 30, 2010 meeting. Gauger seconded, motion passed.

- Gauger motioned to approve the bills as presented. Denruiter seconded, motion seconded.

- Gauger motioned to move to close session for employee discussion. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. Gauger motioned to move to open session. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.

- We will send a bill to the Village of Arena for $5333.55 for taxes.

- Gauger motioned to adjourn. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.

- The meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm. Roll call was taken, all members are present.

- Gauger motioned to move to closed session. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.

- Gauger motioned to return to open session. Denruiter seconded, motion passed

- The town board worked on the 2011 budget.

- Denruiter motioned to adjourn. Gauger seconded, motion passed.
