ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

- Anding
motioned to approve the minutes from the November 1, 2010 meeting. Schutte
seconded, motion passed.
- Update on
Jodi Kivlin- she tried to get an application approved through the County and
they denied it. The County told her to come back to the Town. Dave Lucey told
the land owner, Linda, that the Town wasn’t going to discuss this anymore until
she came to the meetings.
- Mary
& Jerry Kruschke - 6 potential lots. 2 houses now, A & B. First 660
feet maintained by everybody that has a house. Nobody has maintained the road.
Dave Lucey looked at the road and it needs updated. The home owners said they
would maintain it. The bid was ~$6,500. The Town could put the charges on their
property taxes if the road was a hazard and not maintained. Lot A & B
homeowners need to update the driveway. The Town will send a letter to all lot
owners.
- Stephanie
& Robin Histed - questions about the conditional use permit. Have an 11
year old conditional use permit for a stable and riding arena with 22 horses.
Need to bring it up to what they are actually doing.
- Anything
less than 50 acres is now a nonconforming lot. Working lands initiative.
