Town of
December 20, 2010
PRESENT: Bill Gauger,
- The meeting was called to
order at 7:00 pm. Roll call was taken,
all board members are present. Gauger moved to approve the minutes of the
December 13, 2010 meeting. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
- Baxter Road - All
engineering plans have been approved. Construction planned for June 2011. Gauger
motioned to give a 1 year extension to complete the building process of
- Rand Schott - building
permit extension. Lucey motioned to
approve the driveway to the Rand Schott property that goes through the David
Moore property and David Giffey property. It was
inspected by Lucey and Wright on 11/19/10. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. There
is no need for an extension for his building permit.
- Gauger motioned to move to
closed session. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. Gauger motioned to move to
open session. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
- 2011 Humane Society
Agreement asking for $475.00. Lucey motioned to give the $475.00. Denruiter
seconded, motion passed.
- Gauger motioned to pay the
bills presented. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
- Gauger motioned to move
$30k from the checking account and put it into the savings account for payment
on the fire truck or used for roads, to be determined at a later date.
Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
- Denruiter motioned to
adjourn. Gauger seconded, motion passed.
