Town of Arena

PRESENT: Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Terry Denruiter, KayDee Maxwell, Minnie Gauger, Dick Lockman, Mary Lockman, Nick Heiser, David Meudt

- The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm. Roll call was taken, all board members are present. Gauger moved to approve the minutes of the January 10^, 2011 meeting. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. Denruiter moved to approve the minutes of the January 10, 2011 Board of Audit meeting. Gauger seconded, motion passed. Denruiter moved to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2011 meeting. Lucey seconded, motion passed.

- Patrolmen discussion

- Nick Heiser - sandpit possibility. If this went through a benefit would be digging out wet ground and cleaning it up. Thinking about rezoning 5 or 10 acres at a time. The board doesn't have a problem with it.

- The Dept. of Revenue has corrected the tax error with the adjusted equalized value. What are we going to do with people not getting permits?

- Gauger motioned to approve the bills as presented. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.

- Gauger motioned to adjourn. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
