PRESENT: Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Terry Denruiter, KayDee Maxwell, Dick Lockman, Mary Lockman, Ingmar Nelson, David Meudt, Tracy Halverson, Minnie Gauger, John Wright, Wally Rose, Cheryl Schmidt, Bob Murphy, Rod Anding, George Urban, Wayne Schutte, Dennis & Judy Halverson, Kent & Robyn Pusch

- Dan & Sarah Jackson - Lucey talked with the attorney and he said that the minutes from five years ago were no longer a legal document because the one year time frame for starting a building had passed. If we approved a driveway that did not meet our standards we would not be responsible more than likely. The statue we looked at was a different statue than one needed to replace a building. The way Murphy and Schutte take it is that the driveway needs to be brought up to standards. Rod said we have passed it once and he wants to stick with it. Wright would like some assurance that the driveway would be brought up to code, but stands by what was motioned five years ago. Jackson's stated that they talked with contractors and it would be $40k - 50k to fix and may still not meet the 10%. Anding motioned to approve the building permit and driveway permit because it was approved at one time in 2006. The driveway at the house needs to be of a suitable radius and have a turn around for fire trucks before occupancy and make a good effort to improve the driveway. Driveway standards should be followed and met except for grade. Schutte seconded, motion passed. Murphy was opposed. Lucey suggested the board will look at the driveway once every year and make suggestions on improvements.
