Town of Arena

PRESENT: Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Terry Denruiter, KayDee Maxwell, Dick Lockman, Mary Lockman, Ingmar Nelson, Minnie Gauger, Dick Roelke, Steve Harrington

The meeting was called to order by David Lucey at 7:05pm. Roll call was taken.

Bill Gauger did the fire report and ambulance calls. He reported that the 2009 F450 ambulance went into service inn 2010. The new fire truck is ordered for $320,000. The fire board paid $100,000. It should be here by August. The village and township paid 70/30. The township had $40,000 and borrowed $100,000 more. Courtney is the new EMT supervisor because Steve Wilkinson retired, but did stay on the squad. The Fire Department's repairs have all been solved.

The clean sweep day is May 14^th.

Roadwork - Erdman and Knight Hollow Roads were repaired. We did approximately 2 miles of roads and 3 culverts. ½ mile on Coon Rock with 3 culvers, 1 mile on the west end of Knight Hollow, .2 on Reimann, .2 onn Dover Lane, and .9 on Zwettler.

$18,899 less for State Hwy aid next year.

Tax error was discussed with the solution.

Dave Lucey went over the annual report. Steve Harrington motioned to approve the annual report. Dick Roelke seconded, motion passed.
