ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

May 2, 2011

PRESENT: Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Terry Denruiter, KayDee Maxwell, Ingmar Nelson, John Wright, Bob Murphy, Rod Anding, Wayne Schutte, Tim Horner, Mary Lockman, Dick Lockman, Jim Corcoran

Schutte motioned to approve the minutes from the April 4, 2011 and April 11, 2011 meeting. Murphy seconded, motion passed.

Tim Horner - Mary Haskins property, Demby Road. 1.9 acres in non-conforming Ag. Want it to be rezoned to AR1. He talked with Mike Bindl at the county. The buyer wants to put a shed on the property. There is an existing residence on the parcel. Anding motioned to approve rezoning to AR1. Motion was not seconded. Schutte motioned to rezone the property to R1. Murphy seconded, motion passed.

Public Comment - Jim Corcoran, would like to see Fitts Road blacktopped. Right now it is not in the budget.

Renew plan commission terms for John Wright and Wayne Schutte. Yes they both want to continue.

Meeting with County? Mary Lockman, suggests we send the people to the County before they come see us.

Schutte motioned to adjourn. Anding seconded, motion passed.
