October 10, 2011
PRESENT: Bill Gauger,
The meeting
was called to order by David Lucey at 7:00pm. Roll call was taken.
Gauger
motioned to approve the minutes from September 12, 2011. Denruiter seconded,
motion passed.
Luke White
- building permit for 6835 Joles Road. Removing a trailer house and replacing
it with a 1680 ft. modular home. Denruiter motioned to approve the building
permit, contingent on the trailer home being removed. The trailer must be
removed off of the property before they get the occupancy permit. Gauger
seconded, motion passed. The $1000 fee was paid.
Jeff Brown
- building permit for 6155 Blue Ridge Road. Wants to keep the existing
residence as an outbuilding. He would like to be approved for the building
permit tonight, but is waiting on the sanitary permit and approval of financing
before getting the permit. Before the basement is dug/construction is started
the permit needs to be paid for in full. Lucey motioned to approve a building
permit, upon the county approving his building and siting permit. He has a
notorized letter stating that he will not use the existing house as a
residence. Gauger seconded, motion passed.
Mike Olson-
he has not got any information from David Moore yet. Dave Lucey had talked to
David Moore and wanted him to write Mike Olson a letter stating what he was
going to do. This was on October 5, 2011. By next summer Olson wants to get
animals back on the land. There was a letter sent to David Moore on Aug. 8 that
the fence was to be completed within 60 days. The towns next step is to getting
an estimate on the fence project and get the fence completed. The bill will be
charged to Mr. Moore. Lucey will contact David Moore and let him know.
The
returned check was paid for in full.
The town
worked on the budget for 2012.

motioned to pay the bills as presented. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
