ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

December 5, 2011

PRESENT: Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Terry Denruiter, John Wright, Bob Murphy, Sheryl Schmidt, Wayne Schutte, Rod Anding, Mary Lockman, Dick Lockman, KayDee Maxwell, Dennis & Laura Arneson, Mark Hottmann

Meeting was called to order at 7:0 pm by John Wright.

Schutte motioned to approve the minutes from November 7, 2011 meetings. Murphy seconded, motion passed.

Dave Lucey explained the fencing rules to the Plan Commission so everyone was up-to-date.

Dennis Arneson for Jerome Glowacki 8956 Frame Road- 35.33 acres and quick claim that to their existing property for a total of 125 acres. Someone else is buying the other parcel. 39.337 acres so it needs to be rezoned the County said. They will put it into C1, but what about the farmland preservation fee? Hottmann motioned to approve the land division of 39.337 acres and to approve the rezoning from A1 to C1. Murphy seconded, motion passed. This is contingent on the farmland preservation fee.

Richard & LuAnn Gallagher are concerned about a driveway on Robert's Rd. not complying with the driveway standards. Jay Reeve put in the driveway, but there is no house their yet. It is just an access driveway.

At the annual meeting we should start talking about the growth of the township and the amount of new homes etc.

Anding motioned to adjourn. Schutte seconded, motion passed.
